Scoutmaster, that's the name for us who devote ourselves to build the nation's future through Scouting. Maybe for those who do not know our job is easy, simple, easy. However, if they never thought how hard it is to guide, teach, guide and shape the character of a learner. Yes they did not know about it because they have never felt.

Although difficult, we remain willingly undergo this task. Do we get paid ?? Is there any funding from the government budget ?? So far we feel we only accept payment from student tuition that is not how it was no compulsion to always pay a nominal fee only IDR1,000 /student. who knows,, where budget from the government that he says exist for us. knowledge we get a budget for the Boy Scouts was hard, when they want to hold any activities we have to submit a proposal for funding to the schools where kepela shelter. In fact, often times there are principals who do not permit the activities we propose that yaaa Scout, that the risk of becoming coaches scout the lower classes such as us. Although it was difficult but we keep the spirit undergo propesi as a coach scout one of our beliefs, someday everyone will realize that the Scout Movement is very important and very useful for coaching children at a young age.
